Application
The DA66T electro hydraulic bending press brake is primarily used for the bending and processing of stainless steel, iron, copper and aluminum, and features a high production efficiency and bending accuracy. The DA66T electro hydraulic bending press brake uses upper and lower molds in different shapes, so that metal can be bent into various shapes. 1. The CNC system adopts an embedded, real time WINDOWS service platform, which ensures the maximum stability of the operation equipment and supports immediate shut down.
2. Using touch style CNC equipment, the program, operation and control are all efficient.
3. With 2D product programming, automatic calculating bending process and collision detection is carried out.

The electrical system primarily uses Schneider equipment with a dust protection, high quality electrical cabinet in order to ensure the high quality of the entire electrical system.

The Spanish FAGOR raster ruler controls the Y1 axis and Y2 axis, while the control system receives the side position signal through the FAGOR raster ruler, then changes the opening size of the synchronous valve in order to adjust the cylinder oil capacity. By doing so, the Y1 and Y2 axis are in the same frequency and remain in a parallel status.
