The Qunfeng LYSY15 horizontal split compactor trash transfer station was specially designed by our company based on countryside household garbage disposal issues. We had the ideal technology and advanced techniques to solve some of these common problems. We decided to use a movable structure with short compression time for optimal garbage disposal efficiency. It is suitable for household garbage compression transportation and significantly reduces labor costs and time.

Features of performance
1. The ratio of compression is high with short cycle time and large compression force.
2. High strength construction and advanced antiseptic treatment. The whole cart uses high quality and high-strength steel, the construction is outstanding compared to the similar products. And the advanced antiseptic treatment will prolong the life span.
3. Without leading rail for the compression part and bin, the gap between them is small so that the garbage is not easy to get into the back bin.
4. There is a sewage collection guiding device for the compression machine. The sewage would be discharged into a sewage collection pool so that to ensure the garbage transition is clean.
5. PLC central control unit, high automatic level, with automatic fault diagnosis function, the operation monitor is simple and easy.
6. Independent and integrated hydraulic station and the key parts of the hydraulic system are international famous brand with high reliability.
7. The hydraulic bump station has the system of heat dissipation to ensure that the temperature is in the normal range so that to increase the reliability and prolong the life span of hydraulic system.
8. There is a sewage drip collector and anti-spam drop seal door, effectively preventing secondary pollution during garbage transition.
