3 roll mechanical asymmetrical plate bending machine is characterized by its 3 asymmetrically-arranged working rolls (an upper roll, a lower roll and a side roll). During operation, the plate is arranged between the upper and lower rolls and clamped tightly as the lower roll moves vertically. The upper and lower rolls are driving parts and rotate in opposite directions, while the side roll is a driven part and can obliquely move up and down along the surface which demonstrates a certain angle to the vertical surface formed by the axial line of the upper and lower rolls, so as to roll the plate with a required curvature radius. The asymmetric 3-roll rolling machine is outstanding for compact structure, easy operation and maintenance, and the capabilities of pre-bending and circle rolling.
