Hengyuan supplies quality wedge wire screen cylinders and drum baskets, in a variety of materials, including stainless steel and carbon steel. The largest drum diameter offered by us is 1,500mm and a maximum length is 6,000mm.
Our drum screen baskets are widely used in mining, oil filtration, and water removal well construction applications. Each Hengyuan product is available in standard versions, but we can work closely with you to design and manufacture customized cylinder screens to meet your specifications and requirements. Quality steel, paired with a stringent welding process, ensures each finished wire screen has slots distributed in a uniform manner, a high weld strength, and an extended service life.
Uses for the Drum Screen Basket
Typical uses for the drum screen basket include mid and large sized filtration equipment, including standard self-cleaning filters, rotary drum screens, rotor blade self-cleaning filters, and rotary fine-grate filters, rotary drum filters with a fine grate, rotary drum screens and other liquid/solid separation equipment. Any vibration filter, fine screening system or rotary drum filters requires the use of wedge wire cylinder screens.
