Product features:
1. The eco solvent printing commercial printer is equipped with an automatic media feeding and collecting system for optimal efficiency and double vinyl feeding and collecting systems.
2. Positive pressure cleaning is used in the print head cleaning system. The anti-clogging flash function can eliminate blockages and the print head sprays a small amount of ink at regular intervals in order to keep the nozzle wet, wash the blocks away, and allow for a fluid release of ink when printing.
3. A print head heating system is installed to prevent ink from breaking down by maintaining a stable temperature and keeping the ink in an optimal state for stable working conditions during the printing process.
4. The design of the fabric pinch rollers is denser than common printers with uniform pressure and stronger friction force, so cloth can be loaded into the machine with less outside interference.
5. The printer is equipped with a large sectional infrared drying device, in which the ink on cloth can dries immediately upon application during the high-speed printing process.
6. High-accuracy mute guide and high-accuracy AC servo motor are applied in the printer to maintain the stable carriage operation and qualified figures during the printing process.
7. The environment-friendly eco solvent ink is free from pollutants and odors while providing prints with bright and long lasting colors.
