Flexo Printing and Rotary Die-Cutting, Box Making Machine

Features

  • Helical gear transmission system, gears are made by high frequency quenching and polishing;
  • Multicolor printers can be combined and connected in any way;
  • PLC and 7-inch touch screen are designed to achieve precise and reliable variable frequency control;
  • After the combination of paper feeding unit, printing unit and die-cutting unit, the machine electrically returns to zero. Ordinary boxes automatically return to zero and is equipped with automatic chromatography, proof printing several cardboards to find the right register place and reduce cardboard waste;

Paper feeding unit

  • Lead edge paper feeding system which can greatly reduce the jam during the paper feeding;
  • Lateral baffle is electrically adjusted and front and back baffle is manually adjusted;
  • Paper feeding counter can set and display production quantity;
  • Paper feeding wheel is made of polyurethane possessing strong friction force and long durability;

Printing unit

  • All drive gears are lubricated via spraying to effectively lower running noise and improve service life;
  • Roller is made of premium and hard chrome-plated steel to enhance solidity;
  • Ink distributing gluing roller is covered with wearable rubber,such a parabolic type roller can prevent deformation and improve ink transfer. Nitrile butadiene rubber with shore hardness transcending 60, smooth ink transfer by specially polishing. Gluing roller is driven by gear reduction motor after the stop of the host machine, ensuring automatic ink distributing.
  • Digital phase regulation ensures machine to adjust the printing place 360 degrees longitudinal when machine stops, saving adjusting time and improving production efficiency;
  • Pneumatic lifting boards and automatic ink distributing device, ensuring ink transfer when the host machine stops and effectively reducing disadvantaged factors of ink drying and influencing printing while machine pauses;

Slotting unit

  • Gap between die cutter roller and rubber pad roller is manually adjustable, die cutter roller can be manually axially adjusted ±10mm;
  • Die cutter roller and soft roller conforming with international standard dimensions and molds and rubber pads are easy to buy;
  • Pneumatic brake separates two rollers after the stop of paper feeding, thus reducing the abrasion of soft roller;
  • Die-cutting roller phase is designed with planet formation with high precision and carrying capacity, 360-degree electrically adjusting to stop and operate;
  • Different diameter of upper and downward die-cutter roller but same linear speed of two rollers. Infinite and never repeated running of slitting cutter at peripheral direction can be controlled, ensuring more balanced abrasion of rubber sleeve;
  • Compensation device is adopted to track and maintain buffer roller’s speed, ensuring the consistency of every batch of box’s die-cutting dimension.
