  • High corrosion resistance: we improve this property by increasing the anticorrosive element and optimizing the metallographic structure.
  • High hardness: the hardness can be over HRC58° after several heat treatment technologies.so the punch has long usage life.
  • High dimension stability: this property can be guaranteed by ultra-cryogenic treatment of -198℃.
  • Titanium plating treatment: the life, wear resistance and hardness of the punch can be increased and the resistance of punch is reduced.
  • High sharp knife edge helps doctors to cut head skin surface and extract hair follicles cells easily and accurately, which can improve the efficiency and the survival rate of the hair follicles.
  • The survival rate of the hair follicles can also be increased by the high precision of concentricity. The concentricity of this is +/-0.01mm, one-third the size of a normal hair implant needle.
