The YDA series pressure steam sterilizer has an adjustable control temperature of 40-134℃ and adjustable sterilization time of 1-60 minutes. So different objects can be dried under suitable working temperatures and time.

The YDA pressure steam sterilizer adopts saturated steam pressure to sterilize objects. Under saturated pressure, the steam can release large quantities of latent heat when condensing. Utilizing this physical characteristics makes objects to-be-sterilized in a state of high temperature and humidity. After some time, all the bacteria and spore tissue in the object will be destroyed to achieve a high degree of sterilization. The YDA series sterilizer is operated by automatic program and is applicable for use in hospitals, chemical industries, food production, scientific research and other departments for sterilizing surgical instruments, dressings, medicines, culture mediums, and so on.

• This sterilizer is equipped with an automatic releasing device for cooled air inside the chamber to ensure the sterilization effect.
• The electric heating element of this sterilizer adopts an immersion electrical heating tube, with high thermal efficiency, a 9KW power and a AC380V power supply.
• When the sterilizer is used without setting the sterilizing time, it will beep.
• The main body has a shape of horizontal cylindrical. The automatic display and control are integrated on the electronic control board. It features with novel shape, simple operation, convenient and safe use.
• The jacket of the sterilizing chamber is covered with a shell, which is filled with glass cotton with good heat insulation. This is beneficial to save energy and avoid increasing the ambient temperature.
• This sterilizer is equipped with a program function to discharge the air and condensation water from the sterilizing chamber during the sterilization process. This balances the sterilizing temperature in the sterilizing chamber.
• With the steam temperature control program, the temperature can be kept within 110-134℃. Then different objects can be sterilized at a suitable operating temperature.
• The main body is a closed double-layer structure, comprising of sterilizing chamber and steam jacket. The inner cylinder is specially made of high quality stainless steel, characterized by corrosion-resistant, easy maintenance, long service life, etc.
• Automatic program operation control (water feeding, heating and sterilizing) can meet the requirements of preheating, drying and constant operating for objects to-be-sterilized. There is no need for supervision.
• This sterilizing machine is installed with a high water level device. When you press the start button, the water intake indicator is on and the water automatically enters the water tank. It will be heated when it reaches high water level (about 20 L) and the water intake indicator is off.

• When the door is not closed properly, the door indicator is extinguished. Then the steam cannot enter the inner body but the drying can be operated.
• When the pressure in the sterilizing chamber is over 0.027MPa, the door will be interlocked and cannot be opened.
• If the door is opened by mistake during startup, the jacket steam valve will be automatically closed and the steam valve of the sterilizing chamber is opened.
• The indicator will be on when the water is cut off or lacking. During heating and sterilization, the indicator is off. The bell rings and it automatically discharges steam.
• With overload and leakage protection, the power supply will be automatically cut off when electricity leakage or overcurrent occurs.
• When the temperature controller doesn’t work well and the internal pressure is greater than 0.24MPa, the safety valve will be automatically opened.
