Narrow fabric loom is suitable for light to medium-weight elastic and non-elastic narrow fabrics. The weaving machine is designed with 53cm in width, and can weave 8 tapes at one time, each with max. width of 27mm and hooks of 20.
The KTNFB53-8/27-20 needle loom is one of Comtech’s traditional looms, and is especially suitable for high-performance elastic and non-elastic woven tapes, such as elastic ribbons for lingerie, elastic tapes, curtain tapes, satin ribbons, hook and loop fasteners, webbing straps, shoelaces, and more. The KTNFB53-8/27-20 needle loom achieves excellent results with a wide application range, including clothing, hats, hair accessories, gift bags, and suitcases.
This needle loom features a double weave, double needle hook, and double weft systems, allowing for an exceptionally high productivity.
KTNFB53-8/27-20 needle loom features double weave, double needle hook and double weft systems, leading to the highest productivity. Equipped with an automatic weft thread transport device and two-speed brake motor, the weft thread is easily regulated, stable, and flexible without having to stop the equipment. This makes the loom applicable for weaving underwear lace bands, lace tapes, zipper tapes and other applications.
