Oil Immersed Transformers, Series S11
Oil immersed transformers use iron roll cores and highly stable winding support, improving operational reliability. Fully sealed corrugated oil tanks are used to ensure the transformer oil will not come into contact with ambient air and will not absorb external moisture that will result in a loss of insulation strength. Compared to common oil immersed transformers, the fully sealed transformers remove the need from oil storage tanks and ensure transformers are isolated from the air, thus preventing and slowing down oil deterioration and aging, and improving the transformer operational reliability. They are suitable for power systems with a 50Hz AC current, related working voltage of 10kV or below, and operate as power distribution transformers in metallurgical, chemical, textile, and light industries.

- The coils feature a low axial short circuit force structure. When short circuiting occurs, this structure will reduce the axial short circuit force, thus improving the bearing’s short circuit ability.
- Transformer bodies feature a highly reliable supporting structure, ensuring the compaction of both upper and lower coil parts. The full body ensures transformers have an exceptional short circuit bearing capability.
- Relatively low magnetic flux density is part of the design, needed to lower no-load losses and will ensure an unsaturated core flux and small third harmonic when the transformers run under voltage.
- Transformer tank nuts and bolts are made of 304 stainless steel for a rust resistant performance.
- The best sealing rings in the country are used, thus improving transformer service life.
