The one-component polyurethane adhesive, also called PUR adhesive is specially used for wooden structures. Featured by high bonding strength and excellent water resistance, it is used as a versatile adhesive, suitable for bonding a variety of materials, especially for use on wood with 8%~12% moisture content.

Applications
1. This polyurethane wood adhesive is great for bonding all kinds of wood as well as particle boards or fiberboards, sandwich composites, multiple plastics except PE and PP including melamine, copolyester, etc.
2. It comes with superior permeability and bonding effect on decorative panel, concrete, gypsum, ceramic, hard foam and other materials. Also, it can be used for bonding of two materials among them.
3. The bonding material is applied in the construction of wood doors and windows and frame structures, and in the bonding of raised floor foundations.

Operation Process
1. Wood moisture content should be controlled within 8%-12%. The maximum content can not exceed 15%;
2. Gluing along the grain of wood;
3. Gluing open time from first board to last board should be controlled within 20 minutes. Pressure will be added just after gluing;
4. Pressure is determined by the density of wood. Sometimes, secondary pressing is needed.
5. Whether manual or automatic gluing, adhesive amount is kept in 150~180g/m2;
6. After pressing, extruded glue line should be scraped using putty knife when it is not completely dried.

Storage and Transportation
The polyurethane adhesive can be stored in dry and ventilated warehouse at 5-35℃ for 8 months. Beyond that shelf time, it can not be used unless it is qualified in bonding strength test. The wood adhesive can not be stored in the open air and it should be free from moisture, high temperature, direct sunlight, rain and freezing. As non-dangerous good, it can be transported by common method.

Safety Attentions
Please note that the polyurethane adhesive should be kept away from your eyes and soft tissue skins. If they are accidentally touched by the material, please wash them immediately using clean water. Curing agent should be reliably sealed and placed in dry place.
