Insulated rail joint acts as a resistor to connect rails, which is generally used in conjunction with insulating material such as plastics and polyamide. The insulating products include insulated liner, insulated sleeve and end post. The insulated rail joint can control signals and disconnect rail recognition system. The end post of the insulated rail joint can be divided into two types, inserted end and glued end.

In stringent accordance with ISO quality management system, our workshop is staffed with 24-hour quality control team guaranteeing strict quality testing steps are carried out. At each processing step, stringent quality standards are complied. More importantly, our laboratory will randomly select 5% of rail joint bars as test objects, accompanying with formal quality testing report. In such a complete quality control system, we have never received any complaints from our buyers.
