The YDM single-action 8-column hydraulic embossing press is a specialized hydraulic press designed for forming decorative patterns on security doors, steel doors, interior doors, stainless steel doors, and iron doors. It works with a variety of dies to press intricate textures such as metal embossing, leather embossing, and stainless steel embossing.

With a nominal capacity ranging from 20,000kN to 170,000kN, this press supports deep, precise embossing with consistent results. It is built with either a three-beam eight-column six-cylinder structure or a frame structure, offering excellent guidance and stability during operation. The press uses high-quality Schneider electrical components, with a clean layout and complete circuit diagrams included for easy operation and maintenance.

Optional features include light curtain safety protection, cooling systems, and a PLC control unit. The press also incorporates advanced techniques such as shot-blasted oil tanks, high-pressure dust collection, and residue removal.
