The ammonia nitrogen absorption tower not only can treat the high concentration ammonia nitrogen exhausting gas by the plant, but also works in conjunction with the ammonia nitrogen stripping tower to absorb the ammonia nitrogen gas after the treatment carried out within the ammonia nitrogen stripping tower.

Design principle
The ammonia nitrogen absorption tower is a two-phase reversal injection absorption tower, and the device often makes the twin towers connect in series to improve the recycle concentration of ammonia. The ammonia gas enters into the purification tower through the air inlet of bottom of the tower, and the ammonia gas flows through flow equalization section to the first stage injection absorption part under the power of fanner. In the surface of the injecting material, the water or sulfuric acid absorbs the ammonia gas and flows into the bottom of liquid storage tank. The ammonia gas that not be absorbed completely will rises into the first stage water shower pipe, and there will squirt the absorbing liquid from the nozzle in the water shower pipe. The absorbing liquid develops many small droplets, mixes with the gas and continuously absorbs the ammonia gas. The NH3-OH and (NH4)2SO4 absorbed by water or sulfuric acid can be used as boiler stripping sulphur or fertilizer.

The expected treatment effect of the ammonia nitrogen absorption tower
After the exhaust gas flows into the ammonia nitrogen absorption tower, the ammonia nitrogen removal rate is over 90% and achieves exhausting standard levels.

Features of the ammonia nitrogen absorption tower
(1) The ammonia nitrogen absorption tower with high purification and ammonia nitrogen recycle rate adapts the second state reversal spraying, the injecting material has large specific surface area and the absorbing rate of ammonia gas can realize 85% to 95%.
(2) The resistance of the ammonia nitrogen absorption tower is low; The device chooses the kind and structure of injecting material with highest aerodynamic characteristics on condition that ensures the enough air and liquid contact area, making the device resistance does not pass the 40 mm water column under the nominal air delivery. Thus is good for the anti-erosion, low pressure and ventilation.
(3) Small occupied space; The ammonia nitrogen absorption tower includes the tower shell, absorbing groove, cycle pump and absorbing liquid pipe system. All of these form a set of integrated devices that have a compact structure and be easily installed, operated, and maintained.
