Features
  • This glue machine is specially designed for the dosing from large tanks directly onto the coating unit of a solvent free lamination machine, making it suitable for all mono-component PUR glues.
  • The glue in the large tank is to be heated to the working temperature with a circular heating plate and automatic temperature control. The glue level on the laminator is then detected with an ultrasonic, which automatically controls the gear pump.
  • The gluer is suitable for large coating amount applications, such as paper based lamination, when there is a supply of 20kg tanks.

  • Continuous lamination of large mono component glue, such as paper/plastic, paper/aluminum, and more.
  • The constant positioning mechanism on the measuring roller achieves a single adjustment of the gap and long term fixing. This mechanism is a Sinomech patented product.
  • The counter-weight rewind and roller pressing mechanism ensure a more accurate and intuitive setting and adjustment of the pressure.
  • The automatic positioning mechanism of deviation correct scanning head allows users to automatically, quickly and accurately adjust the position of the scanning head.
  • A detachable compound backpressure roller (optional) can improve the stability of wide or thick substrates.
  • The management information system on the lamination machine (optional) can store production information and technical parameters.
