Vibrating Feeder
Vibrating hopper for fiber feeder is used to further open and blend the fibers, as well as process the fibers into uniform and continuous fibers. The impurities in the fibers would be removed due to the continuous vibration in the feeding process. The main frame of vibrating feeder we manufactured is welded by 10mm carbon steel plate and steel channel. Otherwise, the main frame receives special handling for reliving the stress totally and increasing the frame strength. Our vibrating feeding hopper adopts Broad-Ocean motor and LYC bearing, resulting in energy saving, low noise and prolonged service life.
