Press brake tooling is used for processing metal plates, and ours has undergone a full body treatment to ensure it features a high hardness and a high compression resistance. In addition, we offer customization services according to customer provided design drawings.
Features- 42CrMo alloy tool steel from Bao Steel is used as the raw material, and undergoes a forging, heat treatment, lathe, milling, and grinding process for a higher surface treatment.
- Our press brake tooling undergoes a full body heat treatment to ensure it features a hardness of 48~52HRC, with compression resistance (100T/M) higher than other competitors with a compression resistance of 80T/M.
- The delivery period is typically 25 days, though for European and Taiwanese customers, that period is extended to 60 days.
We provide press brake tooling for a number of well-known companies, including AMADA (Japan), SAFAN (Britain), LVD (Belgium), YANGLI (China), and YAWEI (China), and we also offer customization services according to customer design drawings.
