Automatic Pillow and Cushion Filling Machine
Our automatic pillow and cushion filling machine can automatically feed 100 to 150 kilograms of fiber materials at one time. The inlet and outlet of the machine is equipped with a photoelectric sensor to ensure uniform loading and prevents blockages. There is metal detector in the inlet which can detect small metal objects like nails and iron wire to protect the machine and prevent finished products from leaving the factory with dangerous parts that could harm a customer. When it detects the metal object, the machine will automatically alarm and eject the materials containing the metal object. There is a safety switch on each door of the machine. When the door is open, the machine will not operate to protect the maintenance professional. If the door is opened while running, the machine will automatically shut down.
