Description
The GS-26-F fully automatic CNC double end tenoner is used in tenoning processes for the production of dining tables and chairs, and is capable of tenoning simultaneously on both ends to increase efficiency. The incremental 5 servo motors are used to save the position and adjust the CNC working angle. You can customize the shapes, width, thickness and other parameters of the tenon on the touch screen.

The fully automatic CNC operation and 200 sets of saved product data serve to significantly increase the efficiency, and the equipment requires only 3 minutes to complete the replacement process if there is a need to change workpieces. This machine can process 8-10 pieces of timber in one minute, or roughly 3500-5000 pieces of timber in 8 hours.

Instructions
  • Please turn on the machine, then debug and save the mechanical parameters on the screen.
  • Debug the loading position, cutter position and sample position.
  • Place the sample that needs to be debugged at the loading position, then activate the manual mode on the touch screen. Operate the ahnd wheel, and manually carry out double end slot mortising and tenoning.
  • After completing and confirming the processes in manual mode, you can activate the automatic mode on the touch screen.
  • Place the timbers at the loading position, then press the start button.
