The headlight bulb specification data inspection machine is used to measure the full size of each headlight. These parameters are key to ensuring a driving light conforms to ECE standards. FsFocus offers headlight bulb specification data inspection machines that not only inspect the full headlight size, but also feature optional processes for different headlight requirements. For example, for the production of H8 halogen bulbs, we will add two devices for installing the end cap and o ring. The specification data inspection is then performed only after installation of these two parts. We can also measure the cold resistance and power after specification data inspection.

As the pictures show, the inspection parameters in the halogen capsule’s horizontal direction include H1, H2, the light emitting center’s (E) relativity to the reference plane, filament length F, and the distance between the bulb shell axis and the filament axis G.

Inspection parameters for the halogen capsule’s vertical direction include H1 and H2.

As the drawings show, the inspection parameters for horizontal directions (following national headlight standards) include: a/26, a/23.5, b1/29.5, b1/33, c/29.5, c/33, e, f, lr and α.

The inspection parameters in vertical direction include: h/29.5, h/33, g/26, g/23.5, p/33 and q/33.

The inspection parameters in a 195 degree direction of the halogen capsule include: b2/29.5 and b2/33.
