Application
The plastic extrusion PET crystallizer dryer is designed by engineers for continuous crystallized amorphous phase materials. It is vital in the processing of raw PET materials or recycling materials that have not been crystallized. The crystallized materials can be mixed with PET new materials in a certain proportion and then undergo a dehumidification and drying process together. This minimizes production costs. We can customize PET crystallizer dryers in order to achieve crystallization drying effects according to the primary machine output of customers and according to their requirements.

Condenser
The condenser is easy to disassemble and to maintain. - Equipped with two molecular sieve tower, alternate operation, continuous low dew point dry wind.
- The regenerated gas is cooled to the ambient temperature and discharged.
The HF feeder series is equipped with a high efficiency vacuum pump with a delivery capacity of up to 1200 kg/h, the maximum conveying distance of 100 meters. It is configured with a cylinder filter which is tightly structured and combines the cyclone effect with dust separation, and is especially suitable for the delivery of dust laden materials
