Application
The FC-9624YL wastewater sampling equipment is an environmental monitoring instrument used for online automatic sampling of pollution and fixed point sampling of inlet and discharge outlets. It uses a sewage specific peristaltic pump with a large diameter and fast flow speed, thus effectively protecting the pipeline from being blocked. This equipment is suitable for drain outlet of enterprises, online monitoring equipment supporting and sewage treatment plants.

Sampling method
1. Standard sampling
Sampling delay time: (1-9999 minutes) can be set freely with increment of 1 minute
Sampling intervals: (1-9999 minutes) can be set freely with increment of 1 minute
Sampling quantity: can be set freely from 50~1000ml with increment of 1 ml
2. Mixed sampling
Sampling delay time: (1-9999 minutes) can be set freely with increment of 1 minute
Sampling intervals: (1-9999 minutes) can be set freely with increment of 1 minute
Sampling quantity: can be set freely from 50~1000ml with increment of 1 ml
Mixed sampling number: 1~20.
3. Parallel sampling
Sampling delay time: (1-9999 minutes) can be set freely with increment of 1 minute
Sampling intervals: (1-9999 minutes) can be set freely with increment of 1 minute
Sampling quantity: can be set freely from 50~1000ml with increment of 1 ml
Parallel sampling number: 1~24
Flow meter controlled sampling: optional specific flow meter to control sampling; the pulse can be set freely from 1~9999 with increments of 1 pulse. The output should be 5V~15V positive pulse.
Flow meter with output pulse to control sampling: can be set freely from 1~9999 pulse with increments of 1 pulse. The output should be 5V~15V positive pulse.
Various trigger modes: it can achieve timing, flow, pulse or remote control
Sampling with separated bottles: the FC-9624YL wastewater sampling equipment can achieve 1-24 separated bottles water sampling of which the number of bottle can be set freely.
Performance
1. Peristaltic pump flow: 3700ml/min; the inner diameter of the pump pipe is 10mm; the pipe is made of high intensity medical silicone tube
2. Information recording: FC-9624YL wastewater sampling equipment can automatically record and store the sampling data of each time such as sampling quantity, sampling time and trigger mode of sampling. It can store as many as 512 sampling records.
3. Time control error of the system clock of the water sampler: △1≤0.1% and △12≤30S;
4. Composite sampling equipment: sampling with separated bottles
5. Power-off protection: this sampler can restart after power-off without losing any stored data.
6. Preset program: this equipment can preset and store 10 frequently-used working programs which can be called directly according to the sampling demands
7. Software lock: only the administrator can use the sampler and modify the parameters in order to protect the built-in program of the equipment from being modified.
Features
1. The shell of FC-9624YL wastewater sampling equipment adopts powder coating so that it has a great corrosion resistance.
2. The sampling equipment is controlled by a 32-bit high performance industrial-grade ARM controller. The sampling method, sampling intervals, sampling quantity and storage position can be set freely according to user requirements.
3. It can carry out synchronous sampling with automatic online monitoring equipment including online COD, total phosphorus and total nitrogen, heavy metal and other types of monitoring equipment. The testing results of sampling equipment can be compared with that of online monitoring equipment.
4. After being connected with the flow sensor, this wastewater sampling equipment can achieve dual-function of sewage flow measurement and sampling according to the flow proportion. It can achieve exceeded sample keeping by connecting with online monitoring equipment.
5. The FC-9624YL sampling equipment can achieve remote wireless control. It can issue instructions randomly according to requirements, thus getting the most real and effective water sample while improving the working efficiency.
