The main frame is welded by 10mm carbon steel plate and steel channel. Otherwise, the main frame receives special handling for reliving the stress totally.
Because the cotton fiber is softer than coir fiber, the cylinder of cotton carding machine is changed to aluminum pined staves or metallic wires, resulting in little damage to the cotton fiber.
