Priced at the high end of its range, the all solid acoustic guitar does take some serious elbow grease to be done. The entire guitar building process must be carried out in a specialized room whose environment is strictly controlled in terms of temperature and humidity. All the sides, top, and back of the guitar body are made of solid wood of course. Sides also need to be bent and left there for long to stiffen and take final shape.
Over 10 years in the making, Longsheng has developed two mature product lines, sold under the name of Ramis and Homage. These solid wood guitars are expected to be of high quality, and have gone through very complicated process that takes time to develop. That is part of the reason why they are available in only a few varieties and small quantities.
