FsFocus offers two different automotive light bulb head coating machines: an electric baking head coating machine and a fire baking head coating machine.
The electric baking head coating machine ensures an excellent quality and wear resistant coating on the bulb head, making the coating head applicable to hard glass halogen capsules and quartz glass halogen capsules, with no risk of breaking the capsules.
The fire baking head coating machine saves more energy than the electric baking head equipment. During the coating of headlights, we also add additional steps to reduce the process time. As an example, during the processing of the 9006 halogen bulb, we carry out coating simultaneously on the bulb head coating machine, saving processing time and costs.
