BOHAI multi-shape building machine is different from the ultimate building machine like k span machine and super k span machine made by MIC. It is mainly shown from several aspects as below.
1. Appearance
Our multi-shape arch plate forming machine is a vertical machine with triple axles. Through reducing the labor intensity, it lowers the cost of project. Moreover, the mechanical control and hydraulic control are optional. All the ultimate building machines made by MIC are configured with triple axles and hydraulic control system. The length reaches 10400mm.
2. Structure
This multi-shape building machine is composed of the galvanized shaft made of 45# high-quality steel, quenched 45# steel roller with hard chrome plating, 12CrMoV cutter with excellent heat treatment, automotive rear bridge as axle, superior 900-20 sized tires and so on. Aside from enlarged loading capacity, its impact resistance and damping effect are also enhanced.
K span machine made by MIC is designed with full steel and burnished aluminum structure, precise steel forming rollers with hard chrome plating.
3. Software
Our construction machine applies the PLC, servo motor and software designed by local engineer. The ultimate building machine like k span machine and super k span machine made by MIC runs under the full control of the software loaded.
4. Operation
BOHAI multi-shape building machine is a user-friendly machine due to its simple structure. It is very easy to train the operators. However, the ultimate building nachine made by MIC is complex in structure, and the operator has to be trained professionally prior to operation.
5. Price
The price of our machine plate ranges from US$100,000 to US$200,000, yet that of the super K span machine made by MIC is much higher.
