Car Rear View Mirror Edge Chamfering Machine
The car rear view mirror edge chamfering machine is a special machine used for upper/lower grading edges, and chamfering of automobile rearview mirrors and plate mirrors.
The car rear view mirror edge chamfering machine consists of A/B (two) lines, 8 suckers and 16 grinding heads, and combines locating, absorbing and conveying, edge-grinding, controlling, vacuum and a cooling system. Chamfering, edge grinding, fine grinding and fine chamfering processes can be set at each grinding head, and two pieces of glass can be processed simultaneously. With a few minor adjustments, 4 pieces of glass can be processed simultaneously.

2.The car rear view mirror edge chamfering machine uses a water resistant liquid-ring vacuum pump and stainless steel circulating water tank. The chassis and components that come into contact with the water are made of 304 stainless steel and erosion resistant material. The bearing is also made of stainless steel, ensuring a long term, rust resistant performance.
3.The main electrical and pneumatic components are sourced from internationally known brands, including Schneider, SMC and Yaskawa. The use of a high speed grinding motor also ensures a reliable quality and work stability.
