This edge banding machine offer perfect edges for MDF, solid wood board, particleboard, plywood, etc., capable of processing workpieces with width range of 30mm-60mm. The edge bander is basically configured with gluing unit, end cutting unit, rough trimming unit, fine trimming unit, scraper unit and buffing unit, it can fulfill various customers’ application needs for edge banding. Besides, the machine is equipped with independently operated control panel for easy operation and automatic lubrication system for longer service life. The feed speed ranges from 18m to 22m per minute.

End cutting unit removes exceeding edging tape from the front and rear of the panel.

Rough trimming & fine trimming units perfectly remove upper and lower overhanging edges to give a smooth looking edging.

Scraper unit gives the smooth finishing result of PVC edges by removal of imperfections resulting from previous milling operations on the top and bottom of the edge.
