The YDD series pressure steam sterilizer adopts an automatic program to control the operations of water feeding, heating, sterilizing and finishing. The indicator displays all of the details of the whole sterilization process. The YDD series pressure steam sterilizer adopts saturated steam pressure to sterilize objects. The pressure saturated steam can release a large amount of latent heat during condensation. Due to this physical property, the to-be-sterilized object is under high temperature and humid state. After certain time, the bacteria and spore tissue in the object will be all destroyed, realizing sterilization. • Equipped with a printer, the sterilization time, temperature and date can be printed.
• This sterilizer is installed with automatic releasing device for cold air inside the chamber to guarantee sterilization effect.
• If the door is not well closed, the door indicator is off. This indicates that the sterilization program cannot be entered.
• The electric heating element of this sterilizer is immersion electrical heating tube, which has high thermal efficiency. Its power is 9KW power and its power supply is AC380V.
• Its main body is a closed double-layer structure, comprising of sterilizing chamber and steam jacket.
• If the sterilizer is used while the sterilizing time is not set, it will beep.

• With a timing function, the timer enters countdown time automatically as soon as the sterilization temperature rises to the selected value. When the timer returns to zero, this machine will automatically release pressure and cut off the heating power, plus alarming to indicate the finished program operation.
