Design principles
The industrial oil water separation equipment (oil separator) is a high efficiency unpowered oil-water separation device. Firstly, the screen mesh separates the solid residue (vegetable leaf and rice residue) from the oily sewage when the oily sewage flows into the screen mesh frame. Secondly, the machine uses the kinetic energy of water flow to accelerated movement, thus making oil with different proportions realize the distribution and layering. Finally, by using the oil-water density difference the industrial oil water separation equipment completes the oil-water separation, the clean water flows from the overflow dam to the exhaust water pipe. And the oil slick flows into the oil collecting pipe.
