Concrete Block Moulds
We at NOAH provide a variety of brick making machines, each type capable of producing various concrete blocks via changing concrete block moulds. To better serve customer specific needs for the concrete block mould, we have set up a specialized mould workshop.
NOAH's mould workshop is a fully-outfitted space with a complement of heat treatment equipment and mould assembly line which ensure the mould we produce meets accuracy specifications. Each pallet, tamper head (mould head), and mould framework has been put through a process known as quenching to gain high rigidity and wear resistance. The resultant mould has a smooth surface with sizes meeting customer specific requirements.
