Z100-300 Full Automatic Adjustable Z Purlin Machine
Z100-300 full automatic adjustable Z purlin machine is specially developed for automatic profiling of cord-formed Z purlins. Width adjustment is within 1 minute, ranging from 100mm to 300mm. This machine can roll form 1.2-3.0mm thick materials and features three-level production speed: 8m/min, 16m/min and 25m/min.

Rollers of z purlin are manufactured from high quality bearing steel GCr15 with CNC lathes and heat treatment. Black oxide coating or hard-chrome coating is optional. With feeding material guide roller, body frame is welded with 400# H type steel.
