Pipe Bending Machine
The pipe bending machine uses hydraulic cylinder or chain drive and medium frequency induction heating. It consists of 4 mechanisms which are power source mechanism, clamping and fixing mechanism, bending radius adjusting mechanism, and propelling mechanism.
According to the drive source, there are two types of intermediate frequency heating pipe bending machine, i.e., IF heating hydraulic pipe bending machine and IF heating chain-drive pipe bending machine. The former is used to bend the pipes with the diameter of 21mm to 920mm while the latter is for pipes of 1020mm to 1620mm.
The medium frequency induction heating pipe bender can be used to bend the pipes made of carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel. The pipes with the diameter of 21mm to 1620mm and the wall thickness of 3mm to 100mm can also be processed.
Features of Pipe Bending Machine
1. Our induction bending machine uses far-infrared thermometer for single or multi-point sampling. The temperature detected is shown clearly and the temperature rise is monitored in real time, thus ensuring reliable temperature rise.
2. This induction bending equipment adopts automatic following control. When the grid voltage is high, temperature rises fast and thus hydraulic propulsion speed is high. When the grid voltage is low, temperature rises slow, so that hydraulic propulsion slows down. This forms a closed loop and maintains relative balance.
3. The pipe bending process is recorded by a computer. When a pipe is bent to the required angle, the computer automatically shuts down the machine and issues an alarm. The data and image of the whole bending process can be recorded and printed.
4. The slide rail and other parts of our pipe bending machine are integrally cast. This increases the machine strength.
5. This induction bending equipment adopts a center pivot arm structure which helps yield higher pipe bending precision than square swing arm.
6. Our induction bending machine uses a hydraulic system and continuously variable transmission. It is easy to adjust.
