The HD-CB802 baggage belt loader is one of the latest types of baggage loader which meets the highest emission standards and is independently developed by our company. It is mainly used in aircrafts for loading and unloading baggage, parcels, mails and other cargo. It is suited for B737, B747, B757, B767, B777, A320 series, A300, A330, A340 and other aircraft models.
This belt loader mainly consists of conveyor belt, holder, front and rear lifting mechanism, chassis frame, operator cabin, hydraulic system, engine assembly, service braking system, electrical system, front and rear axle and other parts.
Features- The conveyor belt frame adopts all-roller design, making it solid, durable and free of maintenance. Its whole body is welded with 6mm steel plate. The frame width is 800mm, and it can be widened.
- The belt has high tensile strength and good wear resistance. It also has a large friction coefficient to prevent the baggage from slipping freely on the belt.
- The conveying device has hydraulic balancing equipment, with a conveying capacity of up to 1200kgs. And the conveying speed can be adjusted when the luggage weighs less than 400kgs. The conveying is safe and reliable.
- The operator cabin is characterized by beautiful and elegant design, comfortable operation, etc. The cabin console is equipped with all kinds of function instruments, console switches and indicators to have clear and convenient operation.
- The hydraulic system parts and electll from internationally universal and reliable prric parts are aoducts, ensuring equipment quality.
- With the adoption of vacuum assisted dual circuit hydraulic braking system, it is stable and reliable.
- The lifting mechanism and hydraulic outrigger structure are set with hydraulic inter-locking device. The hydraulic oil cylinder has hydraulic lock. And the electric is controlled by integrated circuit board.
- The switch of conveyor belt is from internationally universal and quality-reliable switch. This ensure the sensitivity, reliability and long service life. In addition, all the exposed control devices have functions of rain proof and moisture proof.
- Paint used in the loader rack board and the outer shell of the operator cabin is manufactured by electrophoretic process. The loader frame and other parts adopt painting pretreatment, such as three-layer painting process of base coat, floating coat and finish coat.
