Dough Forming Machine for Hard Biscuits & Crackers
Dough cut sheet laminator is purposed for the production of hard biscuit. This laminator continuously laminating dough sheet and cut them into slices. By overlapping 8 to 12 layers of dough slices, it gives the final products a flanky appearance and texture. The position of cutting is tracked by electric eyes, which enhances safety.
Dough 2-roll sheeter is used for the lamination process of hard biscuit production line. It is operated by electricity. The pre-treated surface of the roll is non-stick and rust-proof. Its conveyor belt is made with PU belt imported from Europe. The roll and conveyor belt are controlled by two self-contained motors for convenient adjustment.
