Application
The robot flame and plasma cutting machine combines the following processing craft in one robot cutting production line according to the features of structural steel processing: band sawing, three dimensional drilling, seal cutting etc. This greatly increases the site utility rate, reduces the logistics time of the material and fully improves production efficiency.

This cutting machine adopts plasma + flame cutting. According to the processing program generated by CNC programming and nesting, the robot can carry out rapid cutting of various types of structural steel at the same time, thus realizing automated batch processing of structural steel.

2. Feeding
The workpiece is side pushed, pressed and then transported by the input roller bed.

3. Clamping
The workpiece will be automatically clamped after being detected by the material feeding trolley.

4. Positioning
The material feeding trolley can transport the structural steel to the cutting area in order to detect the length of the structural steel.

5. Cutting
The robot can carry out flange slab and web cutting according to the processing program.

6. Output
The output of the cutting finished workpiece will be carried out by the roller conveyor.

7. Lay off
The workpiece will be sent out from the cutting area in order to be hoisted away.

8.Testing
The robot is equipped with laser sensor and some other testing unit which can carry out profile scanning and testing of the end of structural steel. Then the processing path can be corrected according to the scanning and testing results.

Features
The robot flame and plasma cutting machine has the following features

1. This cutting machine adopts fully sealed structure with movable door, so that it is easy for the operators to observe the cutting state of the workpiece and carry out machine maintenance. Below the cutting area, there is a mobile discharging trolley looking like a drawer which can be used for cutting slag and waste collection. There is a suction outlet for dust cleaning below the base machine rack. It can be used to remove the dust and smoke produced by plasma cutting.

2. The whole base machine rack is the core part of the complete production line. It is equipped with positioning and testing unit, robot which can carry out instructions and some other main parts. The positioning, testing and cutting of structural steel are all accomplished within the base machine.

3. The cutting zone of the base machine adopts box type sealed structure. At the bottom of the box, there is a suction outlet which can sucks the dust in the cutting area into the purifier. This cutting machine realizes purification treatment by filter cylinder purifier, so that the emissions can meet the standard of indoor emission. This machine reduces the environmental pollution caused by plasma dust and arc light.

4. The DSTV data file generated by Tekla structure can be directly filled into CNC system and then generates the processing path program of the structural steel, thus realizing automatic processing.
