Features
- Negative pressure controlled in a convenient manner: A negative pressure detection point is added to the upper box of the coating machine. The negative pressure value can be set freely on the touch screen. Only after setting the negative pressure value, the air intake and exhaust inside the coating machine can be controlled. With intuitive touch screen, the negative pressure can be easily controlled, while automatically controlling the air intake and exhaust.
- Automatic control of hot air supply: The airflow speed detection point is added in the hot air pipeline. The hot air supply can be displayed and operated intuitively on the touch screen, which is controlled digitally and automatically to meet precise control of air supply in an automatic manner.
- Precise temperature control: Temperature sensors are equipped on the air inlet and outlet of the coating pan. The temperature signal of the PLC is compared with the set value (900°C). Adopting heat exchanger ensures the working temperature is always within the set value.
- High working efficiency and reduced cost: The frequency conversion speed control greatly improves the automation degree of sugar coating. In addition, the use of wear-resistant silicone hoses is eliminated, which greatly saves the investment in wearing parts and reduces the cost. This tablet coating machine is suitable for both film coating and sugar coating, which truly realizes the dual use of one machine.
