  • Uniform drying
    Drugs are moved in reciprocating motion through multi-layer multi-chamber tunnel structure. The dynamic movement of drugs greatly enhances the uniformity of drug drying. Besides, the vibratory conveying belt enables the drugs to be transferred in an evenly manner, ensuring a uniform drying result.
  • No pill cracking
    Based on the characteristics of medicine pills in drying process, the improved distribution of microwave power density along with long-distance low temperature drying structure allows the medicine pills to be naturally dried.
  • Small footprint
    Multi-layer conveying structure significantly saves workshop area in comparison to single-layer conveying structure.
  • No need for additional cooling unit
    Our microwave drying and sterilization machine adopts the design of integrated drying and cooling unit. Dried drugs can be naturally cooled down by passing through uniquely designed cooling unit, which can provide optimal cooling result while prevent the pill coating from color changing.
  • High automation, reliable performance
    PLC control and image monitoring system realize visualization during the drying process. Special control units are fitted to prevent the leakage of microwave energy and no-load operation, achieving automatic temperature control. Alarm will be actuated when any failure occurs. The control cabinet is independently placed for safe operation.
