MNC-RI type concretecorrosion inhibitor is a mixed-type highly effective inhibitor for reinforcingsteel in concrete, suitable for concrete made of ordinary Portland and slag cement. It is mainlyapplied to the chloride-based corrosive environment, such as marine and coastalengineering, industrial buildings using marine sand with chloride corrosion,etc.

When harmful media such as chloride ion invade concrete, concrete corrosioninhibitor helping form a dense protective film on steel surface can efficientlyprevent or delay the electrochemical process of steel corrosion, and thenextend the life of steel concrete structure. It features good adaptability tofly ash, slag powder, silica fume and commonly used superplasticizer. When used at above 25,our product has the function of obvious early strengthening and procoagulant, and the influenceof slump loss.

Dosageof Concrete Corrosion Inhibitor

1. Commonly used dosage is 4% of total amount, while recommended dosage is 4 to8
/m3,which is generally applied in slightly corrosive environment such as industrialand civil buildings and bridges, etc.
2. When used in severe corrosive environment such as harbor engineering,coastal construction and so on, recommended dosage ranges from 8 to 12
/m3.

Use Method
1. Firstly, concrete corrosion inhibitor should be dry mixed with dry cementaggregate, stirred well and then mixed with water. Appropriate extra stirringtime is needed to ensure the concrete stirred evenly.
2. When our product is composited with other admixture, concrete trial is necessary to ensure its adaptabilityand air-entraining superplasticizer is not allowed.
