Electro-Hydraulic Valve Remote Control System
The electro-hydraulic valve remote control system is a combined unit that consists of a control panel station, electro-hydraulic valve and emergency hand pump station. The power pump station, the solenoid valve cabinet and the hydraulic pipe between the hydraulic actuator and the solenoid valve cabinet are not necessary when compared to a hydraulic valve remote control system. Electro-hydraulic driving device is a new driving system that integrates hydraulic and electric power, where high pressure hydraulic oil is pumped from the micro power unit to hydraulic cylinders and thus controls the valve through the transmission mechanism. This system is mainly applicable to the systems that require remote control to their piping valves, such as the ballast tank systems, bilge water systems, cargo liquid systems in oil tankers and chemical tankers, well drilling platforms, petroleum industry and more.
