Extruding
Our extruded aluminum profiles are extensively applied in doors and windows, sun room, electronic equipment, furniture appliances, office equipment, machining, building aluminum formwork, etc., and have been exported to more than 50 countries and regions including the United States, Britain, France, Japan, Israel, India, Mozambique and Mauritius.
We have 14 extrusion lines that can process aluminum profiles with a maximum width of 430mm, including one 3,000-ton large extrusion line, two 2000-ton extrusion lines, one 1400-ton extrusion line, three 1,000-ton extrusion lines, two 800-ton extrusion lines, four 600-ton extrusion lines and one 450-ton extrusion line.
With so many extrusion lines, Modern Aluminum can extrude various types of aluminum profiles, including 5050, 6063, 6461, 6060, 6005, 6082, 6101 and 7005. In addition, each extrusion line is equipped with auxiliary equipment like quenching machine, traction machine and finishing machine to ensure uniform force on the aluminum profile during extrusion, and improve the yield and quality. Each extrusion line is equipped with a testing platform and three large-scale effective furnaces (one 30-ton furnace and two 20-ton furnaces) to perform heat treatment on the extruded aluminum profiles to increase their hardness, so that the aluminum extrusions will have stronger load-bearing capacity and longer service life.
Our yearly output of extruded aluminum profiles can reach 40,000 tons (daily output up to 200 tons), which allows us to serve multiple manufacturers and distributors in many countries at the same time.
