1. An optical camera detects and records all defects that the label rewinding machine may have.
2. PrintFlow Manager system works with rewinder to remove the defects.
3. Automatic inspection system supports defect inspection and final report editing.
4. Data synchronization between inspection system and Won series rewinder enables easy removal and replacement of the defective labels. Then, slitting or sheeting is conducted to ensure a quality label finishing process.
