Seamless Steel Pipe
Our seamless steel pipe is manufactured by advanced Accu-Roll hot rolling mill and precision seamless steel tube production line in our plant located in Zhejiang Province. We take advantage of four of 300t-400t hydraulic cold rolling machines and 10 sets of precision finishing mills. We are capable of offering hot rolled seamless pipe available in 0.5mm-38mm W.T. and 4mm-406mm O.D. Annual output reaches 300,000 tons.
Each batch of our industrial standard seamless steel pipe is ensured to meet the highest levels of quality and custom satisfaction. We apply stringent inspection measures by utilization of flaw detector or hydrostatic test as well as discreet manual selection, whereby further enhancing consistency. As for those industrial pipes standing up to scrutiny, we paint product information on including code, gauge and batch number, etc. before storing.
Classification
In accordance with application requirements, our seamless steel tube falls into following types to meet your specific needs. If there are not your preferred ones, we are also able to provide proper tubes on the basis of your requirements.
This type is cold rolled or cold drawn precision steel tube featuring outstanding properties, oxidation layer free and remarkable pressure resistance. It is mainly applied as pneumatic or hydraulic components such as automatic tube, cylinder tube, steel tube for motorcycle and automotive shock absorber.
