UV Curing Machine for Snowflake Print
This UV curing machine is specially designed to assist in creating a snowflake pattern on packaging materials. It supports using an automatic screen printing machine and other printing equipment style. The UV curing system is also used by our customers for a variety of other special UV drying and curing purposes.
Features of UV Curing Machine
1. This UV curing equipment is available with independent control systems on all three UV curing lamps, and one of the lamps supports three levels of adjustment for light intensity.
2. The conveying speed is variable by frequency, and both front and rear end speeds are independently controlled.
3. This equipment has an independent heat dissipation systems on all three of its UV lamps.
4. Imported PTFE mesh is used on the conveyor belt, offering automatic positioning correction to ensure accurate performances.
5. The UV light curing system has an automatic protection system to prevent paper jams.
