Molded Desiccant Dryer
Description
The Hejin molded desiccant dryer is designed for use in plastic molding operations. It solves the problems caused by condensation in molds due to their use of chilled water to shorten the molding time. This is especially true when PET preform is ejected and molded.
During the production process, when the mold surface temperature is lower than the dew point temperature of ambient air, condensation will form and negatively affect the quality of the finished product and reduce overall production efficiency. This condensation can also lead to corrosion over time as well.
This machine adopts a cellular rotary system to carry out the dehumidification operation, which can ensure that the low dew point air environment is always maintained at -8℃~-15℃ around the mold, so as to prevent the mold from generating condensation. It is not affected by seasonal changes, greatly reducing the proportion of defective products.

Product Advantages
Hejin molded desiccant dryer series can produce the dry airflow with low to -10°C dew point, which can eliminate the dew from forming around the mold area. The drying range is 1200-2400 m3/h and can be used with one or two injection machines.
The microprocessor with PID algorithm accurately controls each working temperatures of mold dehumidification, and an efficient dehumidifying wheel is equipped to lock moisture tightly to ensure synchronous regeneration of stable dry air and provide stable dew point.
According to the requirements, a heat exchange system for the air outlet can be configured to control the temperature of dry air. Under all operating conditions (including tropical climate), the molded desiccant dryer can always ensure maximum performance and reliability, greatly improving the product quality standard and reducing the production cost.
