Application
1. The RO water filtration system is used for the separation, purification and concentration of various liquid types.
2. Water production conductivity: first grade≦10μs/cm, second grade≦2.5μs/cm, EDI≦0.5μs/cm.
3. Reverse osmosis is one such purification effect, as it removes inorganic ion, bacteria, virus, organics and colloids from the liquid, making this system ideal for industrial water consumer clients, including: electronic industrial water: integrated circuit, silicon wafer, display tube and water flushing of electronic components.
4. Pharmaceutical industrial water: infusion, injection, equipment clean water.
5. Chemical industrial water: chemical circulating water, firefighting water, non-ionic water.
6. Food industrial water: drinking pure water, beverage, beer, liquor
7. It can also be used in: desalination, circulating cooling water

Operating principle
Reverse osmosis is a process to give a larger pressure (more than the osmosis pressure) to the liquid that needs to work with it. This allows water or other liquids to pass through the semi-permeable membrane and separate. RO systems then separate ions from the liquid. The entire process requires no heat, and no phase changing process, and features a low energy consumption.

Operation method: manually or automatically
Material: pre-membrane and holder:304 stainless steel; materials (RO membrane shell, water tank, valve, pump, meter) which directly contact water use hygiene class 304 stainless steel.
All stainless steel tubes that come into direct contact with pure water will use approved standard SOP to incise, seal, install, pressurize, degrease, pickle and passivate.

Characteristics
1. Reverse osmosis system desalting rate≥99%, machine desalting rate ≥97%. 98% of organic matters, colloids and bacteria can be removed.
2. High operation automation degree: the machine can be left unattended. It will automatically stop when water levels are sufficient, and will automatically start when no water remains behind. Time flushing of the front filtering material is done using an automatic control, and automatic flushing of the reverse osmosis film is done by an IC microcomputer controller. Display of raw water and pure water electric conductivity is online, and this equipment can store numerous printing options.
3. This RO system occupies very little space, is easy to operate and features a wide application range.
