Gas Rotary Flowmeter (EVC)
Zenner provides rotary positive displacement flowmeters built with surface mounting technique which features compact design, high reliability and strong resistant to disturbance. It is integrated with temperature, pressure and flow sensor as well as smart volume corrector. Besides, it is a high reliability and high accuracy measuring instrument that is able to conduct automatic compensation on pressure, temperature and compression factor. Furthermore, it features flameproof and intrinsically safe explosion-proof properties. It is applicable for gas billing in hotel and restaurant, gas metering in transmission and distribution network, gas regulating station metering, industrial and civil boilers, etc.

- Adopt low power consumption circuit design with internal battery’s service life 5 years and above.
- Built-in high-performance memory card to save user parameters, factory parameters and history record.
- LCD display to indicate standard cumulative total volume, standard instantaneous flow rate, medium temperature and pressure as well as date, clear and intuitive, convenient reading.
- Large flow range, good repeatability, high prevision, small pressure loss, low initial flow rate.
- Special surface treatment on rotor and shell which feature high hardness and strong wear resistance, do not crash the meter easily.
- Strict dynamic balance test to ensure product flow stability and service life.
- Equipped with two wire 4mA ~ 20mA standard current output.
- With RS485 communication interface, it is easy to connect with the host computer, and each host computer can bring up to 32 flowmeters. RS485 interface can be used with GPRS data collector. Through GPRS, the Ethernet network can realize remote monitoring and data management.
- Equipped with RS485 communication port to ease the connection to the host computer each with 32 units of flowmeters maximum. The RS485 port is applicable with GPRS data collector. Remote monitoring and data management can be achieved via GPRS.
- Equipped with pulse output port to allow various pulse output method, applicable with IC card controller.
