Features
1. As an open type two rollrubber mixing mill, it consists of a seat, frame, roller, driving gear,lubricating device, cooling and heating device, adjusting device of roller nip,safety brake, motor and reducer, etc.
2. The roller, with smoothsurface after polished, is made of chilled cast iron. Steam and cooling watercan be input into the empty roller to adjust the temperature of roller. The tworollers rotate reversely with different speed so the rubber materials are drawninto the gap of the two rollers for processing.
Application
The two roll rubber mixing mill isused in rubber and plastic products factories for natural rubber plasticizing,raw rubber and compound mixing, as well as rubber warm-up and rubber sheeting.
