Sand Washing Plant Fine Sand Recycler
Existing sand washing production lines traditionally use a wet production process, which often leads to a significant fine sand loss, which also decreases the quality of the sand washing machine and increases environmental pollution. In order to solve those issues, we designed a fine sand recycler according to practical situations for fine sand. This equipment uses a semi-closure design to discharge waste, as well as carry out flexible, repeated, and reasonable sand recycling, with a recovery rate of up to 90%.
The fine sand recycler will extract fine sand（0.075-0.35) in the waste water to ensure the sand reaches the optimal grading distribution. Thus, it earns customers a larger profit, and decreases pressure of waste water processing in the following:
