Introduction

The RF50S rapier terry towel loom is suitable for fabrics of which the breadth can be divided into 8 different specifications from 190-360cm. This can satisfy the requirements of customers who produces different products at home and abroad.

Features

1. Direct drive, energy saving and economical
1) The RF50S rapier terry towel loom adopts electromagnetic braking main motor which is equipped with frequency converter for speed adjustment, so the speed rising can be fast and the time of speed rising can be adjusted. The adjustment is simple and highly efficient. This is better than the traditional device which requires belt changing in speed adjustment.
2) When the rapier loom stops after warp or weft break, the electromagnetic braking main motor will stops running to save electricity.
3) The frequency converter can be applied to reduce energy consumption. The total amount of energy saving can be up to 20-35%.

2. Beating up mechanism
1) The beating up mechanism is driven by the both side conjugate cam to reduce the vibration and impact caused by the high speed running of the beating up mechanism.
2) The integrated cam structure features high precision and strength.
3) The beating up mechanism is equipped with sley with high torsional strength. So it can realize powerful and stable beating up during high speed weaving which can satisfy the weaving requirements of fabric production such as sateen towel and some other heavy towels.

3. Loop motion
1) The servo motor can precisely control the loop motion, realize simple adjustment and improve the quality of the terry. So this loom can easily produce terry with different length and pique terry and wavy terry and some other kind of fabrics.
2) The loop motion can realize functions such as 3-7 weft automatic loop motion and switching which can greatly improve the flexibility of the pattern design of the towel.
3) The operators can control the length of the terry and the production period of the terry via the display screen so that the pattern switching can be more convenient.

4. Advanced weft insertion system
The cross section of the gripper is small so that the stability of the weft insertion system can be improved. Then the loom can get higher efficiency and smaller friction which is especially suitable for weaving of high density fabrics.

5. Intuitive and operable display screen
This rapier loom adopts PLC control which means that it can realize program operation via the 10.4 inch display screen and the operation is easy. All the functions can be displayed by figures such as the functions of electronic shedding motion, electronic let off, electronic take up, electronic weft selection, automatic pick finding, failure testing, complete machine testing. The operation is convenient.
